Artzone Express can offer you many options for decorating your living quarters, both on the inside and the outside.

To built our designed product ArtZone Express uses materials such as:

Wood – alder, oak, maple and etc.;

Wrought iron;

High density Polyurethane (lightweight decorative wood replacement) will not crack, rot or split and can be easily installed using standard woodworking tools;

EPS foam coated with polyurethane an elastomer.

                        All of our casted products such as architectural elements (balusters, brackets, capitols for the columns, window treatments, louvers, calling medallions, crown moldings, niches and etc.) are made out of high-density polyurethane (HDP) with overall density similar to white pine at 14 to 18 lb per cubic foot. The skin density is much harder then the core, which makes the product even more durable. Combination of the integral shell-like skin, barrier coat and primer or actual faux finish will make product UV resistant.

HDP product has a closed cell structure, which provides protection from most solvents and renders it almost completely hydrophophic. It will not rot.

HDP product resists the growing of mildew and fungus, and does not attract termites or other small rodents.

HDP product is handled in the same manner as wood millwork. Use the same basic tools as the carpentry trade.

                         ArtZone Express sells  finished product such as entertainment centers, fireplace mental, wall art, bookcases, framed wall mirrors, window treatments and just a parts for you designs, constructing and installation such as crown moldings columns balustrade systems (balusters, railing, newel posts, caps and balls), breakers, louvers, ceiling medallions and rosettes, niches and etc.

We also offer custom design product cut out of EPS foam (1 or 2 lb density per cubic foot) coated with stucco, resin or polyurethane. This material is lightweight, close cells and extremely durable for interior or exterior use.
