AZE craftsmanship can provide you with durable BBQ Islands that can handle various  weather climates and an easy and fast assembly process (can assemble in 10 minutes without using any tools).

-KD BBQ Island contains five powder coated metal frames

-Each color on the figure represents a separate frame

-All frames tighten without any hardware or tools

-Assembly time is 10 minutes or less

-End user can assemble the entire island without any professional help

-BBQ Island sides are cast out of durable, fire-retarded 

composite material. We can provide a many choices

of  face  designs (stack stone, brick, castle stone , coral     stone, stucco and many more)

-Conventional Islands are currently supplied from China and are manufactured using a flammable polyester resin. Experiments show that these resin panels caught fire within 30 seconds of torch firing, compared to AZE composite panels which where shown to resist burning for up to 10 minutes of the torch firing

-Light weight marble tops are very durable, and easy to carry without any breakage

-The top constriction is a sandwich panel. Bottom layer is of aluminum honey comb structure while the top layer is 2“x4“x1/4“ marble or granite tiles glued and polished solid surface,  without any grout

-Other manufacturers use solid granite tops, which are very heavy and crack easily,  or ceramic tiles, which are not as cosmetically desirable as granite

- The photo to the left, shows two people holding our top without it breaking, which is impossible with a solid granite top

-Our BBQ Islands come packed  in a durable plywood crate

-You can pick up the Island with forklift from any side. All crates are stackable at least 4 -5 units high on a truck and 8-10 units in any warehouse

-The 5' BBQ island's dimentions are 42"Dx65"Wx20"H

-The island can be placed on a standard sized pick up truck

-The weight is around 300 lb, including the granite top
